Right of cancellation

The consumer contracts act provides for 14 days right of cancellation on all goods bought via the website. The right of cancellation commences on the date of receipt of the goods.

The customer is entitled to test the product, but a claim under the right of cancellation requires return of the product in essentially the same condition as when it was received.

The product must be returned by the deadline.
